Rtrdd Desync problem

So, I have problem, where I am the only guy with desync, this issue is for BlOps and TM. What I did to fix it? I tried to: simply delete every single trace of the game meaning: FAF, mods, game itself and every single bit findable. How many times? About 5 by now. Fixed it? Nah.

My question: Is there anybody capable of helping me in here please? Pretty please?

may be a dumb question, but where did you delete the mods from, you know, folder location.

Just making sure the solution is not something retardedly simple
