also T1 land scout for cybran has cloack; and T1 scout for sera has stealth + cloack :)

I suggest to change that cloak to stealth for the scout. It matches better with the cybran faction 'theme'.
It would also become more useful and interesting for those early scout (+ tank/lab) encounters.
