RAS is currently straight up better than any other method to rush T3 air on most maps which is kind of a problem.

edit: Ithilis how big is the income nerf in equilibrium? In the changelog it doesn't specify the amount.

ill kindly quote from it for you so you dont have to look for them:
7.RAS/ARAS: 150 000e 1400bt → 125000e 2500bt
Cybran: 12m 3500e -> 12m 2100e
UEF: 14m 3300e -> 14m 1800e
Sera: 16m 3000e -> 16m 1500e / 32m 6000e -> 32m 2700e
Aeon: 18m 2700e -> 18m 1200e / 36m 5400e -> 36m 2100e

so you can find things in there easier - each section has the changes in numbers (with all relevant numbers listed. we didnt list every single mechanical change to avoid absurd clutter but 99% of stat changes are there)
then there is an explanation for the reasons why we changed them in a numbered list at the bottom of each section.

ECO whores are whining like crazy because they'll maybe have to worry about something other than hiding in bases and protect more than their comms.

In general after 12-14 minutes I'm always terrified to have my ACU not under a million shields even with flack because of the threat of strats. It reduces the reward to aggressive gameplay too much.

Am i crazy saying that could be helped with a (here come the flames) a BlackOps Advanced Command Units-lite change?

More reasons to bring out the comm but still with risks

Need is the mother of all invention. I don't see the need.

From a balance perspective the only discernible difference with RAS is the exclusion of other varying ACU upgrades. Along with also the availability of ARAS to two of the four factions. Apart from this there is no need for rebalancing. What you are seeking to change is unilateral gameplay mechanics available to all factions.

Its less of a faction issue and more of a tech issue.
You can get enough power to start your t3 air production before even getting t3 with better efficiency.
