The Cybran support commander has an upgrade that provides a whopping 400hp regen. On land this is fine, but in the water this leads to them being almost unkillable. They have massive hitpoints to begin with and can just outright tank a harms or 4 torpedo boats of damage indefinitely. The cost of sACUs was drastically decreased but the regen was never changed, meaning it is now a unit that is cheaply made while requiring much more than the investment made to get rid off. It is very much exacerbated by HARMS creep, which whether you think is OP or not is in a state of bad design.
I suggest changing the regen upgrade rate to 300hp/s.
There will undoubtedly be questions about cybran tier 3 navy balance, but that is something that should not resolve around broken design.
