Having tech and RF on same hand means that it may turn from upgrade-that-isnt-gun into upgrade-that-isnt-tech like UEF nano.
Wasn't it better to swap Tech with Restoration field? Yes you wouldn't be able to get gun+t2, but Gun+resto field would be a good alternative.
Goal is to make people choose between T2 and regen aura for their push.
And than ability to have ARAS and Double nano is something rly strong.
if you are such in the late game that you can afford double nano for safety, then ARAS doesn't matter anymore.
In late game you used to have an option to drop gun and make RF for cheap regen, not sure if someone would drop tech upgrade for it.
i honestly don't see anyone getting regen aura in the late game.
The upgrade is overall not used, this will at least allow aggressive player to use it.
It's also a little nerf to its usage for water. Where you could stack T2 and regen field (which is really strong since it give lot of regen on destro). You can still do the nano if you want some survivability.
