That looks like a great balance patch. Finally the nano upgrade is weaker and more expansive. I waited for this. Also the monkey lord change looks solid.

I heard from the cool kids at sentons that the overspill rebuff just ended up swinging UEF to being totally dominate again with shieldboat spam. I don't really know myself, though.

WHY was the tele nerf reduced from 10sec extra to 5sec extra ??? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Also shield boats are a very delicate matter and need lots of testing, imo this "small" nerf is justified for now. Adding 5sec to recharge time is a huge deal, too.

Probably a mistake. TeleportDelay = 10 in all ACU's blueprints, so it's still 10 sec.

about time this came out :)

played some quality games today. T2 feels overall way more useable not just before Tech 3, but mixed in with it as well. I didn't have a heart attack when I saw the first percy appear. In one game my opponent even got out t3 air and I wasn't able to roll him with my percivals (in fact t3 air might have been why I lost).

and maybe it's placebo or smth but t1 mobile anti air rebalance is good too, one maa with a bit of micro still kills a bomber pretty quickly but if you dodge it a bit or the maa is leaving the factory you can generally get a second pass in, or at least a second bomb.

Also what is bomb drop threshhol? It says Ahwassah bdt: 4 -> 20

The patchnotes still display the bulwark having a 50% overspill rather than the 25% which is what it is.

NVM LOL! Just tested it: Tele is 25 sec now??? Why?

Also tele animation appears after 10sec of tele process.

Actually i like the beta version of 15 sec tele + 10 sec cooldown a lot more than 25 sec tele. 25 sec tele is super raped now tbh.

Change it back to how it was in beta, please. :(

not sure if I like the no stun of loyalist for T4 or ACUs.... looks like we're slowly chipping away at each faction's quirks that make them unique... eventually the only difference will be the faction's color.... overall the patch looks good on paper.... still fine tuning is...well...fine. But it's still a sad day in cybran nation :(

EDIT: this is looking worse and worse by the day.... will comment further once I've played more
