Yeah, tele is too op on seton's now. I checked the code to see if we can make delays without changing charge speed (as that will increase animation time too and give more time for your opponent to react) and yes, we can.

It may be cool to link energy consomption with teleport distance too.

Do most people agree that they would rather have imbalance than have everything the same? I see mr juicy is not following that idea so much

Here are some ideas,

give loyalists a shield disruptor minigun as well as it's main gun

Make titans strong but have all hp in it's shield. So let's say 10 hp and 4.5k shield and if you power stall your shields drop and it insta dies.

Obviously hard-countered by Aeon bombers and Cybran Arty with that epic EMP.

Or just give it a drat rocket launcher already.
Make it inaccurate and have it fire on a small delay so, if against a formation, it ends up firing right in the middle of it rather than at the front.
Role would be to kill t1 and, with the rockets, ruin the day of the more fragile t2/t3 units (MML, arty, snipers, etc)
