OC change will partially nerf nano ACU and shield ACU since they are the ACU the most used at the T3 stage.

In 1v1 it's kind of the only saving quality Sera has to stop harb rush by storming aeon with a band of ilshies and zthuees.

I'm not sure what the balance update will do to it but hopefully that is offset by the weaker harb.
