Can we lower the firing randomness on the cybran t1 mobile artillery?

It takes quite a bit longer than other MA to kill point defense because it keeps missing. Not a huge delay but it can give your opponent time to recover (I actually saw this happen in a tournament game on F.i.t.F. where tanks could catch up to a few sneaky cybran units while they struggled against pd).

I think in return we could lower the dps a bit. Let the Medusa stun the pd, and then mantis can finish it off.

You mean something in cybran needs to faster so that the fastest land t1 tank is not balanced?

Medusa are fine-- if you have at least like 4 or 3 of them and have them all target a pd at least one shell will hit. That's all you need for the PD to be stunned.

What I hate is that the Cybran T1 MAA still can't kill air scouts...

You know that if you raise accuracy too much you're going to have a unit that's like the aeon t1 arty that will hardly be useful in land battles. Firing randomness is quite useful at the t1-t2 stage. Also, its 36 mass, its not too hard to get 2-3 of them where you will easily be able to hit the PD.

I think this is a good example of where we can have some faction diversity instead of making all arty the same.

Always use medusa together with your army, thats how you play cybran. The stun is good enough if you got 2-3 of them to disable pds, they not gonna do much damage in most cases.

Not to mention their stun on percivals is absolutely critical if you intend to win a fight against them with bricks.

One of the biggest mistakes people make in this game is spamming a t3 unit without the support of flack, Arty, Intel, etc.

There's a lot of cases where people go Rambo sera acu, add several ilshies, then watch their Commander be alone after a few ocs. You have to mix in zthuee hoard as well so it's dangerous to try and OC the ilshies.

Same goes for Medusa where the bricks need support due to their shit turret yaw speed.

Try and be a little more creative in unit mix and attack other weak points that are not guarded by a PD, try and use a couple bombers to kill pd instead, etc etc

it is even worse, T1 MAA cant protect you against mercy and that is the reall problem (dont mention inties!!! they are unreliable)

so after 6 min watch out, you are Cyb and Mercy probly on its way :twisted:

but you know why would balance team care, when there is more important things to balance like building HP
- terrible and super APM hungry shields, lowest building HP, shit T3 static arty, you know just fun late/arty game

Jagged when did you promised me the ED4? like half year ago you said "next balance path"...............Wailer got stealth instead of jamming......................ED4 nowhere........................... How long I will wait? I bet it is not in plan anymore, cause Cyb haters

I thought Medusa can only stun T1 and T2 units?
