This has been discussed for a very long time and the solution the balance team are looking toward is "nerf t3 stage" which is in turn going to make t2 a bit more relevant... Highly doubt it will do much tho.
But why make a slow moving obsidian when a harb is as fast as a mantis and has nearly the DPS of a Percy?
Kind of lame they didn't address the length of time t2 is dominant rather give it maybe a little edge.
