I will as soon as I get home (editing this post). I might only be able to provide one or two on Seton's though, because those on Paradise Bay are older and will be broken by the recent patches.

It's a common myth that salems are the best

They'd be complete trash if there was no such thing as stealth sonar, frigates, or mermaids

IMHO the muzzle velocity of the Exodus should be increased (like Omen Class). Because dodging them is really way too easy.

You need 3 or more to be effective against Salems and this is a real problem on smaller water maps.
If you fear the dark you have never seen what light can cause!

Be careful what you wish for in naval balance. Changing one thing really messes up the entire naval gameplay.

Cybran navy is at its best in the T2 stage because of how the salem works, in combination with frigates and stealth boats. Nerf it and Cybran may lose the edge they need in T2 to prevent large scale T3, where the UEF easily outclasses Cybran.

Destroyers are no snipe tools but the salem is best there simply because of the RoF. BTW: if it's two destroyers firing at your ACU you've seriously overextended yourself and you're going to die. The seraphim never misses, the UEF packs an incredible punch and can hit quite well. The Cybran misses shots but the RoF makes up for it and Aeon, well you can dodge that one, admittedly. If you're caught underwater, 2 destroyers will kill you very quickly.

These things are expensive. 2250 mass, or 43 T1 tanks. If you're caught by those, you'll die as well. Being sniped by destroyers isn't a good argument for nerfing them.

Maybe a bit offtopic, but I feel inclined to point out that this advantage very often doens't apply to land targets, because - like with most beam weapons - elevation is a b*tch. Sometimes the beam hits the ground in front of the target/is stopped by a hill, sometimes it overshoots.

(even without elevation problems, I've seen this happen with targeted torpedo defenses in particular; Sera T2 PD seems to have the same problem of overshooting if the terrain is uneven)

I'm sorry, I feel really stupid.

I watched those replays to find where it is happening. I got killed by Sirens, not Salems. The second time I did get killed by Salems but I started dodging too late (was in nano upgrade and thought it would finish sooner, netting HP and regen to survive) and also messed up the dodge micro. Sirens where also in the mix.

Can someone explain me how UEF destroyers are worth the same price as Cybran's ?

UEF destro's have the highest alpha dmg. You can also combine them with OP shieldboats to make them stronger.

That doesn't mean they're good, but they're not as useless as everyone thinks.

Also cybran destroyers have a major drawback of not be able to shoot backwards.

I mean, pretty sure they're the worst Destro overall. That's OK. In return for weaker T2 Navy, UEF gets much stronger T3 Navy. That's the theory anyway.
