Talking about dodging and shooting: You can dodge with mantis and shoot, but it pretty much requires you to retreat and enemy to chase you, or when you dance at the endge of fireing range (witch does not do you much good cause mantis is not frontloaded)
You can also attempt dodgeing aurora while moveing towards it, but once you get close can't dodge anymore.
Overall it is just bit hard, can't do big angle turns, and if you do you will waste dps...
If you just want dodging i have not noticed mantis being really significantly better at it... Dodging can be helpfull, can avoid some ACU/t2 pd/tank fire, but if they chase you and you just dodge it will be useless cause you can't run away while dodging

To the OP:
1: Your English is Ithilis-tier.
2: Git gud. The Mantis is only as good as the micro, tanks have much better turret turn rate and if a Striker and a Mantis hit each other 100% of the time (ie: they don't miss) the Striker will come out on top (even if badly damaged) and in a army a damaged unit hits just as hard as a healthy one.
If you want to be cheeky you could micro a LAB to distract them while the tanks pound them into dust.
And last but not least: Cybran T1 is supposed to be good since it's balanced by having bad T3, UEF is the exact opposite since Percies (and Rambo SCU) respectively hit like a truck and like a freight train.
