Leftover Siren Missiles

This is a post that Heaven asked to be made.

Overkill removal on the Siren's nanodart launcher: the projectile speed is quite low. SAMs had their overkill tendency reduced some patches ago; leftover missiles that are still in the air after the primary target died now follow nearby planes. The overkill issue on the Siren is much more of a problem than the pre-patch SAMs', and since the cybran have no swimming shields in whatever form, it would be fair to tweak the nanodart of their cruisers a little.

yea that would be nice, but I dont believe it will change

i don't think this is needed. Even if cybran have a weakish T2 navy and no mobile shield. cruiser are already good against air (even if torpedo are really good unit too). Cybran have already a deadly T1 aa on their frigate, that does fairly well against torpedo bomber, no need to buff cruiser.

When stealth gets fixed cybrans are probs gonna get a nerf anyways, this suggestion should be said again later in the future when that is settled
