T3 UEF and Cybran heavy gunships

Can u maybe try to lower the cost/build time of the T3 Uef and Cybran gunships? They are not used enough, especially the cybran one.

The time to build them, I agree with.
Edit: I mean, decreasing the time to build them.

This kind of adjustments will not occur in 3626, maybe in the future.
