This would be more on discusion, but when you compare it then soulriper is the king of king on air battle. It has one time more hp like another, and its 1/3 cheaper. Seraf bomber can stop and drop bomb whitot flee throught enemy base and takign dmg (what i thing that this type of micro is bug/exploit) but czar must go under base and has half of SR hp.
The czar dominantion is being carrier and be strong AA, the carrier funkcion in FAF is absoluthly ussles i suggest on this position point 8 viewtopic.php?f=42&t=3780 what would fix it and make carrier usefull toll, but i think that as soon dont ocur. and in AA funcion he is not so strong like he look like be. Him strong is that can use beam to smash AIR like hell, but with enemy micro it dont ocur and can be destroy by less than 20 ASF (bease flak is against that speed ussles, dont take ASF any dmg, and missile take only one ASF in 2,6sec) thats mean less like 7000mass can take down 45 000 czar what is making to by dominant anti air. When you compare it with SR that czar is 4time biger, why has only half hp ? Czar its not so efective like SR it need more mass, imho would help taking him more hp, or taking AA flak faster muzzle velocity to 30 (for hiting ASF)

I know that would be op on air battle, but thats him funksion, and SR is styll 2x more OP like czar. Czar would has 2880 AA dmg but when efective can use only 700dps (1ASF per 2,6sec) what is 2time worse like ahwasa, and ahwasa is beter agains army, base, all.

take him more hp and SR less would be nice, becase physic (but i dont thing that ocur) and taking him flak better muzzle velocity that would hit ASF is the necessity.

CZAR IS NOT AN ANTI AIR FORTRESS!
How hard is this to understand? Escort your Czar with proper air wings.
Czar is fine as it is, I think it actually has SAMs too.
Giant death beam and great air wreck damage isnt good enough?
Maybe Seraphim need some lovin'.

Escort realy doenst help, when you has 50 ASF it would be destored ith 20ASF like wings, the ASf too but czar is done. then its 45 000 + 7000(for you ASF) vs 17 500 mass, thats not the best deal :D And you can be sure that 50 ASF take czar with wings down.

And say my why Czar has flak when it never hit enemy, becase its too slow?
And that SAMs is realy bad, becase all rocket aim for one units and on first salve it dont take tahat unit down, so that mean all AA dmg is concentrate on one plane and that mean you need 2,6sec to destroit one ASF. Then 5restorers is more efective like czar against AA. Isnt it stupid?

Only what i wana change is take czar flak whith he already has, and alow him hit ASF, beacse asf are the only units that is going against czar.

If you lose a czar to 50 asf that simply means that you fail at micro and management. Czar is a support unit for AA, a factory, and primarily a ground attack unit. You need to use it to draw ASF over sams, support from a distance your ASF swarm, or build 2-3 and then simply sit there swatting planes from the sky like flies (for you no rush players out there ;) ). 50 ASF can easily be taken down with a czar and a wing of 20 fighters.

To sum up the 5 paragraphs I could type on how to use a Czar and what its strengths are... It is NOT an air superiority unit!!! If you use it as such you will fail. Use it as a factory/support/ ACU snipe option. Also, vet it with engies.

When the strongest air units is support that i dont know what is the power in air.
Czar isnt primary factory, thats only becase he has Carrier toll (what is in FAF absoluthli ussles -> i never see in ranked game use carrier toll)
The Czar missle has big dmg, but its aiming only on one unit, that mean that sour reaper take similar anti air dmg like czar (becase 2x HP). And Ahwasa take more, and czar is carrier, why carrier ship has so strong AA? ->becase are carrier. He was writen to be strong anti-air. But they dont calcul fact that flak never hit ASF, and the ASF is unit that is going kiling him, and kiling him very fast.

soul reaper is more versatile unit like czar for acu snipe is 30% better becase cost 30% less and both are similar good for kiling ACU, imho SR is better becase is coming faster. Ahwasa is many time better becase one shot is kiling whole army, 2 shot is completli destroing base with acu of course.
Czar strongest wepon is him crash dmg.

And styll nobody dont answer my, why czar has flak, when with that flak never hit threat who is goinig kiling him ? That flak is in this situation absoluthli ussles, with that speed you never hit ASF, and going with T2/T1 must be only noob. On the unit database shudle its clearly visible. He has strongest absoluthli superiority anti-air. 2880 vs 240 (of SR) vs 1800 (of Ahwsa). But irony is that he can use only 700, what is similar like the 240 from SR (becase hp).

I agree: The CZAR should cost-effectively destroy air as well as land and be completely uncounterable because aeon doesn't have a real game ender.

make czar roll vertically, like a wheel! adjust the height of the - now horizontal shooting - beam to the same height of asf's and it will shoot every asf on the map down if you drive in a circle. Ground units can still be killed by rolling over them! :mrgreen:

So again, for what he has flak when never use it?

its same like take him factory with 1 build power. All then can ask, why he has 1 build power its absoluthli ussles, take it down or take him normal efective build power.
