Here is how you can check real DPS of a unit : spawn your unit (Cerberus) then pause the game and spawn a civilian / enemy defense, like UEF TMD (1000 hp). Notice the time your unit starts shooting and how long it takes for it to kill the structure. Then do simple math to see how many DPS it has.

Fact: It's definitely NOT doing its' proper DPS... It's either a bug - or improper values were entered.
