The problem: as stated above post and first post
Why: reflecting on all the units which got their shield+hp swapped(or added hp from shield) also this experimental dies easiest like to tml or bombers, slowest, most expensive, any other experimental gets close still kills fatboy.
aside from all this don't forget sniper bots buff
don't forget it's better to make tech3 instead of experimentals
Suggestion: health/shield swap (worked fine for Obsidian, Harbinger, Titan)
Veterancy (Every level, units gain a 10% increase of their maximum health)

lets assume fatboy survives till it gets to max rank(rare) after 200 kills
fatboy would get total 3750hp from this changewhich is like 1tech3 bomber or 3tech2 bomber or +1tml or 8-10 sec damage from 1 brick/precival
hp/shield swap change can be only assumed as 'buff' if fatboy survives till rank5 otherwise its a nerf
less shield= is easier to bring down and finish off fatboy = to make up for minor veterancy health gain
good unit control should be rewarding

Looks like a big change at first glance, but look at numbers its actually not.
Harbinger and Obsidian got hp/shield swap and after change they got more hp added but shield reduced.
(Aeon is 'behind/hard/micro intense/etc' - reasoning behind this is understandable)
Titan also got hp/shield swap but no additional changes.
(No additional increase to hp but shield reduced. Titan is not Aeon! Its UEF... - right ) so:
Based on these changes logical solution is to get hp/shield swap for Fatboy, but not less not more.
