why this map the faf system can't upload

there is a chinese who make a map but the faf system can't recognize the map data, and how can i upload this map to the faf

Assuming you are getting the "no valid map datas" when uploading. see /viewtopic.php?f=53&t=3025&start=70 bottom post, #1 under green text
