AI won't recognize AI markers

I added AI markers to my map, but the AI still complains about missing markers. I justed threw the markers on the map and did nothing else... But apparently there is more to it. the map editor tutorial and the wiki are quiet about this though... :?:

What do I need to do to get this working?

Did you use HaphardX Marker editor ?

Hazard's marker editor works quite well for putting in the AI markers and I have no idea how to do it without that editor. There are two problems though:

1. If there are more than 8 players on the map, the editor won't work properly (Before trying anything, make a SEPERATE folder with all of the map files at a safe location)
2. I have no idea where to download this marker editor, here is the old GPG link, but the download link is broken.
