grouped decals behave oddly

I applied decals to the lower half of my map, grouped these decals, copied and pasted them, rotated them and made them a new group (the upper half group). But they won't have as smooths transitions as the lower half ones. They flicker around and unsmoothly pop up. Very unpleasing... Anybody an idea what might be causingt his?


Edit: I think the issue is related to graphical overload. I deleted the bottom half of all decals and now the upper half gets rendered correctly. Very annoying.

Ive noticed this too. Is there a work around?

Yeah there's a memory limit somewhere. Try saving with them popping and looking crap and loading ingame and see if the problem persists in FAF's engine.
