Paint the sea bed.
The color will appear different than on land ... so there is some trial and error to obtain the exact color you require.

Or you can play with the water colors in the water settings inside the map editor: Layers/Water/Edit water properties

Can you elaborat on how painting the seabed works? I can't find anything to paind the see floor for the life of me...



Edit: I guess I figured it out now... you can ONLY paint the upper region. Everything below the upper edge of deep water is unpaintable. Is that correct?
