FA is a game of economic micromanagement (what StarCraft players mistakenly call 'macro') and tactical trumping (e.g. T2 PD countering T1 Spam).

This might be a cool idea. Would it be a 20x20 or a 40x40 map?

He is asking why there isn't a Westeros map. Westeros is the fictional continent where the A Song of Ice and Fire book series take place (you know, HBO, Game of Thrones...).
Like the World Domination map, but then a different world.

No, I don't know about that and I think that I'll happily keep it that way.

On the other version of a WD map, the thing is that you need a way of making a proper .raw map of the image so you can import a heightmap in the editor.

i did some googling & found some useful links if someone does make this:
possible start locations & map outline:
http://gamesofthrones.com/wp-content/up ... ations.png
http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Westeros
map showing texture colors:
http://quartermaester.info/ (zoom function)
official map:
http://www.fantasticmaps.com/2013/03/of ... -and-fire/

i think the first link would make for the best game map as its westeros centric while still having some eastern targaryen invasion action possible
