Hi there.
Today I'd like to present my map "Lone Eagle".
For creating this one I took my inspiration from the C&C Generals map with the same name.
I've also created the adaptive version for 14 players, even though the original one is Adaptive too.
So here we've got two maps:
-Lone Eagle 10x10 for 8 players
-Adaptive Lone Eagle 10x10 which's support up to 14 players

I would appreciate any ideas, notes and suggestions from my colleagues.
I would also like any replays with my map in this thread.
I really want to make it more balanced and comfortable to play.

After testing this map with 1k+ players I decided to reduce the reclaim and mex number.

Without even diving in too much, do you mind if I ask why there is so much empty space in the top right and bottom left?

Also, the ACU spawns are all within about a 5x5 area, little expansion, and I can imagine games mostly concluding with t1 spam and gun ACUs.

And speed2s reply, it definitely is an issue with the lighting. Any single-textured map with this issue can be really tough to look at for prolonged time. Try lowering the RA value...

This is due in part that the adaptive version of this map was the first one I created. So that area is used for another players and their buildplace. I'd like to fix it in the original one, but I've got no ideas for now.

The fast action game and crazy unit control is the main idea of this map. It's all about action, but even though once I've played it we've got t2 at 8 minutes and t3 at 17 minutes. It doesnt become a t3 arty spam or a bunker war (the things I hate the most at this game).
Some of 1,6k+ ladder players liked it.

I dont think there's a lighting problem. Here's some screenshots so you can assess the lighting.
I'll heed ur noting if there's real lighting problem.

Looks fine. Nothing I said is really critical, but it is simply not my preferred type of map is all.

Can't say anything negative about it as the decal work and structure looks good, much better then average!

If you think the gameplay is working out then I can only say it's good 8-)
