So i did "make" this version of wonder.
I just realize that on both version (4v4 and 5v5), bottom right team middle players have 1 more mexx each.. so would be nice to fix that..
Also if it is possible to change the name of the 5v5 version to "wonder open 5v5 NA" would be nice.. (not sure if they will put this ability when they will make upload of map on map vault possible again (hopefully))

I'm saying that because my editor doesn't seems to works again (keep crashing when i launch it)

If you follow the versioning system the only thing you need to do to change the displayed name is to edit it inside '_scenario.lua'. You can upload the map here and I'll take a look if I find out why it's crashing the editor.

Is the editor itself crashing when it launches or does it crash when the map loads?

the editor, i'll try to re-install it, it may solve the issue, i don't know..

when i host my 4v4 NA, that is now auto-downloadable ?
btw if i select it on the game (not through the clients (downlord or normal)) it works well.
I did download the map after i uploaded it

Your map scenario file is fucked up, i opened it and all was in one row and there were broken lines. Also your map folder is named wonder_open_4v4_na.v0003 and scenario file named Wonder open 4v4 NA.v0002_scenario. I would suggest you to clean up your folder and filenames (remove all suffixes) and check what has happened to scenario file . This version is the one which you have uploaded to vault.

I had also folder named Wonder open 4v4 NA (downloaded 17.8.) in my maps folder, which is some earlier version and it is playable. When you are about to host games, you can see also broken maps in map list. But when you are ingame broken maps are wiped out from list.
So, when you select it in game, you select different version of your map and thats why it works.

EDIT: seems that current uploading system automatically adds those suffixes to map files and folder, and it also screws up the scenario file lining. But there still must be some problems with your original scenario file, recheck evrything..
EDIT2: There was issue, should be fixed now https://github.com/FAForever/api/issues/93 . Reupload..

Praise keyser for this contribution to the community.

If people can help make more "NA" version of different maps it would make the game exciting again and encourage people to build their "own air" and then all the "MY AIR PLAYER SUCKED SO THE GAME SUCKED" rages would cease to exist.

@keyser, would you mind making an additional version of wonder open? A 14 player version would be neat. And before anyone says: "oh my god - the lag!" That 16 players version of blasted rocks gets played a lot, without any lag. Its just the same as for 12 player games, don't play with people that lag.

14-16 player maps are quite a bit more intense.

Instead of polluting the vault with 10000 different versions of the same map with only a different number of players, it would be better to include ozonex script in the ..._script file to spawn the starting locations only if there is a player spawning.

This could be even taken a step further by including some lobby options (in the ..._options file) to allow the host to adjust the number of mexes at the sides, if there is an omni wreck in the middle,...

You can script to spawn mexes only if the player is in game. It might be even possible to make the starting locations depending on number of players (since for more ppl you have to put them closer). I might try to figure it out next week and if i suceed, put it on thw wiki
