Editable version of FA maps

The maps that come with FA are not usually editable in the map editor because we have an old version of the map editor that can't support the latest maps.

To fix this, I have downgraded a copy of all of the FA maps to the old version, they will lose some gloss but will be openable. This is untested and experimental, in case of any problems, please report directly to GPG.

Great! It's possible to fix 'Haven's Reef' and 'Arctic Refuge'. Maps shouldn't favor a northeastern spawn position for obvious reasons in ladder games. Great day for FAF.
