External program to upload maps to vault server?

As it seems to be impossible to make faf client map uploading work again, could we use any external program to upload maps to server? Sheeo uploaded latest version of Anchor to vault so how that was done, and could it be done by anyone or name someone to map councilor who has access to server? If we collect all pending maps to one package, would it be big task to upload them manually to server?

When I last tried the maps/upload path in the API returned internal server error. Once that is fixed an upload button is trivial

From what I've seen the API is fine, try using something like postman to upload it
