I'm against this, i dont see any reason to change the titan, i play UEF all day long and the Titan is the last unit i have problems with.

They are strong enough. It helps if you own some micro skills to use the power of the shield.

Hmm, the Titan is perfect. They need no buff. Fast speed, nice attack power, cheap, good build time, and shields.
(I just wish I was around to use the one's with rocket launchers.)

As much as I want UEF to lose every game, I admit that the titan is clearly outclassed by similar t3 units, especially loyalists. If nothing else, a small range upgrade would be helpful.

Even simplifying it to just +5 range would be enough. The biggest issue with the titan is that pretty much everything outranges it. It has the lowest dps and range of any t3 assault unit. The 300 combined hp advantage over the loyalist is usually depleted before they even get in range to start firing. Because their range is so low, titans lose quite badly to a mix of t1/t2 without overwhelming numbers. Auroras and Ilshavohs both outrange them by 6, hoplites and mongeese by 17 and 14. The only real advantage titans have is that most of their hp is a shield, which helps since they have to get shot at more than any other t3 unit. Titans are also pretty good at raiding undefended mexs, but so is anything else when the target cant shoot back.

With +5 range, titans would still be the worst t3 assault unit, but at least there would be times that they could be worth building over percivals and arty.

agreed, Played a game yesterday 9 titans vs 7 harbs, two harbs died 6 titans died before i retreated. Tried it again, this time 12 harbs vs 4 percies and three titans, harbs pwned, no percie lost.

Your example is crap. 12 harbs will run over 4 percies and 3 titans.

Buffing range will bring titan back from the verge of uselessness.
