Im opposed to this. Its already far too effective at long range point defence on larger maps. Making life very annoying for armies and navies on a 20k map.

I'm currently working on an example mod for the changes it will be avalible at some point today or tomorrow.
at
1) Atacking bases will probably stay impossible as stationary shields and TMD will continues to defeat bill easily, atacking armies is the idea here
2) When i go for the exact values i will see how much mass in one T3 unit and will try to balance the mass costs with this in mind
3) It's supposed to be and in you face weapon against experimentals, 33k dmg hurt, even a GC, but it will be hard to aim

If the build time isdecreased, and even energy cost are decreased then we will have the problem that it is defended by one shield, one TMD or one Loyalist (14k mass vs. 1k mass)

Atacking navy is impossible with Billy as cruiser have TMD, and it will probably stay impossible (or not usefull) as the health will stay more or less the same or the blast radius will be too small to be usefull against navy.
If you could provide a replay where billy is used (i have none, except some tests or some joke-games) i would be pleased

A quick scout and the descerning commander can easily choose a location that avoids the defensive radius of the bs and cruisers and still have enough radius to do decent dmg. Plus the fast recharge time gives the user plenty of attempts while the fleets on approach. I have some replays kicking around somwhere ill see if I can dig them out.

If we aren't bothered by giving Aeon an indirect buff, we could increase the hp of the missile by a hefty amount...

What about making billy way cheaper, but dont let it make a nuclear explosion. Instead it would make the explosion of an scu with 5-10 damage area.

I already have this in the suggestion, as some say aeon would be fucked and other say Aeon would be indirectly buffed, i think it's just right :mrgreen:

When I said hefty, I meant more than 1 hp. Think 2 or 3 times as much as a normal one.

Definitely voting for buffing it. How though, that's what i'll leave to more experienced UEF players, but right now it's definitely underpowered/undereffective.
