Trouble With RK's explosions mod

I am very new to the FAF community and am very confused. I have noticed lots of games require the mod rks_explosions v7. I went to the vault to get the mod but whenever i try, it says the mod is either missing or broken and I will need to get it from somewhere else. . .

I CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE! Please help me!

When you join a game requiring a specific mod it should be downloaded automatically.

Some of them do work and download automatically but this one keeps saying it is missing or not in the vault
