What happened to Galactic War?

What happened to Galactic War? I know Zep isn't managing FAF anymore but could the new manager get it started again? What do you guys need to get it going?

GW had huge problems with memory leaks in the server code and connection issues, so it got paused.
Work on GW will continue after the upcoming FA and lobby patches are done (relaunch is planned for this summer, so just a few months later than Zep had planned it).
