Winning a universe

Winning a universe

So far there is no bonus for winning a universe. THats one of the reasons for low number of players. If the number of players should be increased it would be a nice idea to invent some kind of rewarding system. To create some kind of leaderboards is not so useful i think. But i have an idea.

Avatar rewarding. The players of the faction which is winning the universe should get avatars until the next galaxy is over and the next winner is up. Then the avatars will be reset and the new winner gets avatars. Depending how many avatars you want to spam the limits should be settled.

1.: Avatars for all players in this faction
0-49 Victories UEF Private avatar with Snoop land scout (always for other factions euqal in their faction)
50-99 Victories UEF seargent avatar with Striker tank
100-149 Victories UEF .....

2.: Avatars only for few people
100+ Victories UEF Veteran Avatar
200+ Victories UEF General Avatar

Numbers are just examples, wanted to hear if something like this is possible in general or no chance. No hurry with such a thing.

I would also agree with the idea. Though I don't think it needs to be anywhere near so elaborate. A simple GW victory avatar (or faction avatar) would suffice. Considering that GW is a major addition to FAF I would be very much surprised if there was no avatar for it.

Though, I must also admit, that all the contributors here are UEF. So this endorsement seems somewhat biased. Perhaps this should be implemented post-beta?
