Planet 25 drops occupation %%

so atleast for a few hours by now (~11-13 may be more in fact) planet 25 drops occupation by small numbers (0.3-0.4 as i c) for idk what a reason.

I've captured it to 100%. I captured 39 to 100% 10 hours ago, and 25 was still dropping. After that i've added 10% to 25 again and it was 95.4% 9.5 hours ago. Now it is around 60 and still drops. It doesnt sink only when aeon attack it. Why?

I believe its because of influence, the paths between planets affect their occupation over time. The more paths the more it is affected.
