i am charging an attack i dont remember ordering

i was just watching youtube videos when i noticed this:
-i am charging an attack on 106 although i dont remember wanting to do that
-the charge says over 200% but i dont know if thats a bug because i dont excactly know the charge system
-the planet it says i am attacking is being defended (atleast it shows that) but for me there is no window open or anything
