i pay for unit, so it appears as unit that i own, then i give it to somebody, and he receave it, but i still own that unit, and i can't delete it, or can't give it to some body (they do not receave) but i can place it into reinforcement slot ( not sure if it arrives properly)

Edit, when i give unit to some body i pay like for 2...

Not a bug. You buy a new unit for someone, you don't give a unit you already own.

somehow after i died i managed to save my reinforcements and i did not noticed that fast enought and played 3 games, also they not shown in game, and no recall button as well (whole panel missing)

You have tons of errors in your log by the way, probably related to a UI mod displaying blueprint infos as far as I can see.

it is probably GAZ_UI trying to display enemy unit stats, it usually not work for me

The new panel doesn't show the delay times of every group; it seems a little uncomfortable..
