"searching for attackers" attacking attacked planet, 25

So i was attacking 25, a planet that was currently under attack by seraphim (im aeon).
im still wondering why it says "attack" when i actually want to defend.
well and a window popped up saying "searching for other attackers" and stayed there for min. 2 mins. not sure. prolly 4-5.
aeon has 10% occupation and seraphim 90%
and i owned one t2 flak if that matters in any way

EDIT: when i want to attack another planet it says "you cant attack while youre in battle"

Can't see anything close to your bug in the log.

what do you mean by time? like on the clock or how long the window was there?
it was estimated around 21:40 but im really not sure
