Lobby 0.8.48 + New server code.

- Server knows when people is watching a replay and don't try to launch a game (you auto-win).
Tell me if it doesn't work.

- Planets are now linked to maps.

- GW has his own game stat "vault", meaning GW games are not displayed anymore in the replay vault.
Avatars are stored in place of player names in it.
Later you will have a special vault for GW (by planet, ....).

If you want to swap some planets maps, tell me the ID and the map you want.
