I cannot defend planet 129?

Planet 129, 28% owned by UEF and 63.2% owned by Seraphim, is udner attack by Aeon (who owns 8.8% of it.) We can't, seraphim, defend this planet?

Don't be useless. I can attack planet 103 FROM planet 129, but cannot defend/attack planet 129. wtf?
