Wow, nice list. I can't give you mine because I am rank 0 noob :-(

T1 PD is useless. T1 AA tower is good vs early bomber. T2 PD is good vs ACU rush. T2 flak is overkill vs early bomber, but solid protection vs air. T2 TMD is kinda useless by itself. T2 TML might be useful, but it'll kill your early game economy if it's set to automatically build missiles. T2 stationary arty is useless, and it'll kill your early game economy if your enemy sends a T1 scout and it wastes 100+ energy trying to shoot the damn thing (and it will always miss because it sucks). T3 sam guarantees you all enemy air will die. T2 radar will be super sweet, free intel on all of theta! Novax sounds like free-win. Salvation will murder your economy and I think it's minimum range is too small to use on small maps. On big maps, it's free win.

Add: Rank 1 (starting rank) has access to nothing. Rank 2 has access to T1 PD and T1 AA tower.

I'm presuming the other factions would have their equivalents, there isn't anything there (apart form the game enders) that is faction specific.

as the list suggests, its not complete at all yet, and things still need to be implemented, let alone tested and balanced, personally im loving this all so far, it can really help players like me when defending a planet, and remember the game enders don't even spawn till 20 mins i think, which at that time some people would have built one anyway, so it is in no way an instant win as you have to battle it out and keep your base safe for long enough for it to spawn, and the TMLs don't spawn for 8 mins i think, which again people can have built them by that time anyway, personally i think Zep has got this balanced out fairly well so far, and again, this is an alpha, things are still in development, and have yet to be implemented/tested fully
