GW Reinforcements mod

It has three parts:

1. Custom init file
2. gwmod.gwmod - this is the code that spawns the reinforcements, it adds to current gw version
3. gwreinforcementlist.gwmod - this is where the list of reinforcements is located

This mod is essentially useless by itself: It's for zep to implement along-side the GW client reinforcement function.
