The Planet Black Portal (in the middle of the Galaxy):

UEF: 6,8 %
Cybran 1,8 %
Seraphim 91,4 %

The Planet 129 (near Black Portal)

UEF 0 %
Aeon 1 %
Seraphim 98 %

How is this possible?

Ok but i thought if you attack you will capture always 10 %, so why we have such uneven numbers here?

You gain 10%, but the others are all reduced the same way.
