Forum Website Bug Report

Hey PilOt, I've been getting a bug recently on this forum. After hitting 'Submit' for the first time in a session after visiting this site, once the page reloads and takes me to view the post I just made, a large white bar taking up approximately 30% of the lower part of the browser window appears, shunting the forum upwards. It persists for as long as I am navigating this website, and the only fix outside of rebooting the browser is to right click on it - Inspect Element - Delete the row of HTML, as which point the bar disappears and will not reappear that session.

I am using:
Google Chrome - No extensions
Win7 - 64

Can anyone duplicate this? I will get a screenshot of it soon...
