QAI needs a maintainer

QAI is the official FAF bot and it doesn't have an active maintainer right now. The github repo is: https://github.com/FAForever/QAI. QAI is written in Python. If you are interested in developing QAI please contact Brutus or Downlord.

Also ich versuche diese Wochenende QAI wieder zum laufen zu bekommen.
Desweiteren die streams Funktion für Twitch.tv und YouTube.com reparieren.

I try to get QAI back online and get streams back working.

I updated the Python librarys from 2 to 3.
Made some style changes and edited variable names and function signatures.

If nothing of importance is missing i leave it to pull.


On my part i make a new branch and completely change QAI for myself.
And maybe a branch with changes for testing the APIs and make it cooperate with the Discord Javascript QAI.

I tink it would be nice if i could be a maintainer officily but im to sutpid to contact the right people for now.

And the ususal no time left stuff.

As discussed in slack i work on the streams command.
But i noticed there is no license it would be good to have a license.

I checked the YouTube API and sadly there is no way to filter for games.
So i will filter by text.
For twitch filtering after game should be easy, but i had not looked.

Regarding this issue https://github.com/FAForever/QAI/issues/58 i would favor private replays with a simple indicator text.
