Tons of ladder games fail to start for some unknown reason, they hang on the setting up automatch screen usually i think, sometimes the automatic bug report message appears, sometimes not. Not sure anyone has looked into this at all but it's really hurting ladder, you often have to re-search ladder several times to get matched and actually have the game start.
