The point he is making is that people who haven't contributed in years (Zaphod) are on a supposedly updated list of contributors and people who actively contribute are being left out; unfortunately making this list pointless.

Did some one really expect someone to make a full correct list of contributors from 1rst try?
If you see inaccuracy or see people missing just ask to add those people, maybe also tell why they should be added/how they contributed, just in case

Well he is still uploading maps and hosting games, that dont looks like a permanent ban ^^
