Auto-enabled ("sticky") mods problem

i would like to tell about some problems that i have with this kind of mods...

: 2 autoadjust netlags and 4 UIlagfixes...
I have no idea what does UI lagfix do, and why everyone should use it,
but autoadjust netlag only used for 1v1 games with low ping right?

this menu at bottom has so many mods now, that you have to scroll and check if you have some of them enabled, so most of those people with UIlagfix may not even know that they have one enabled xD

also it is just generally annoying to turn them off all the time
