Enhancement Request: SACU Upgrades

Lets say you have 10 SACUs. 5 of them have RAS, 5 of them do not. Please make it so that if I select all 10 SACUs, I can select RAS upgrade and the 5 that don't have RAS will start to upgrade. It should work the same way for other upgrades like shield or stealth.

Lets say you have $1000 in your bank account. Please make it so that when you select that bank account and tell it to send $500 to my bank account. $500 will move to my bank account and the other $500 will remain where it is.
