Check Observer, then Connection

Situation:
- You're hosting a game
- Observers are off
- There's an observer in the lobby
- The observer doesn't have a connection to someone who is not an observer

What happens when you click "Launch:"
- The game doesn't launch since the observer doesn't have a connection to someone

What I'm suggesting:
- The observer gets kicked and then the game launches

Small finicky thing, but if it's as simple as rearranging the code, may as well do it. If it's not, it doesn't matter that much, as we can just kick the observer by hand.

Yes, but only if the observer is present in all the connection issues. Otherwise you might want to kick someone else and let the observer in.
