Fog of War

Hi.

Is it possible to change fog of war color/opacity? Hate this dark fog. Strange that RTS keeps this old style of fow
better colors for FA - forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5434&start=30#p106723

I thought this was the new style. I first saw it the way it is now in C&C Generals...

Nah, has always been the grey overlay. Even back in AoE. Though AoE had 2 stages. Undiscovered areas black, and not currently visible with grey overlay.

since the very first rts.

Also dark fow have psychological effect on p[layers. This may be even #1 reason to focus/zoom on your base. Ofcourse not for all players... but it exist. And 20 mins or hours of looking at dark screen for sure have effect on player's mood. So it must be changed

Yeah you can change the look of fog... i did it the other day. Still don't know what you want it to look like though.
