What would be the coolest is to integrate the in-game lobby into the faf lobby, so that fa.exe doesn't need to start to sit in a lobby. That would allow you to watch replays while sitting in the lobby. There could also be automatic pings when the game is full. Maybe the faf lobby can even detect when somebody is AFK and display which players are AFK (as opposed to doing something else on their computer).

Is that not the Team Matchmaker you described?

- Merge COOP and FIND GAMES tabs
- And add small Title text for the Tabs

If you look onto picture 3. ... the coop icon is used as friendlist ...
I have no idea what is planned ... but sure they clean up the "game find and hosting ui"

I don't like the concept of multiple windows in another window. The last concept art is much more integrated.
I have no clue if QT is able to parse CSS Rules, if yes: I can do this and design everything in CSS for you.
But we will need another QT Programmer for the wireframe.
