New FAF function in "chat lobby"

Suggestion for new function in FAF Chat Lobby: "show all playing friends and from what time they have been playing".

For expample:

"friend 1 plays ROHAN since 25 minutes
friend 2 plays SETON since 85 minutes
..."

With Tooltip yes is good idea

eg:
Playing Game (since 12 minutes)
faflive://faforever.com/....
